When are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped Monday-Friday before 3pm via USPS, I do not ship items on holidays and weekends. Please understand that I have a 1-2 business day process time, usually it is quicker depending on the amount of orders
Are your products tested on animals?
One of my main company principles is that none of my products are tested on animals. So no products listed on the Sheercoincidence.com site were tested on animals nor do I have other companies test on animals for me.
Are your products organic?
I only use the highest quality organic products, but Sheer Coincidence is not certified organic at this time. Majority items used are certified organic. There are some Organic ingredients, but the range is not organic.
Is Sheer Coincidence products vegetarian / vegan / gluten free?
Yes. Sheer Coincidences products is vegetarian/ vegan/ gluten free.
How is Sheer Coincidence Skincare different from other skincare products?
While still maintaining the innovative essence that Sheer Coincidence is known for, Sheer Coincidence Skincare is created from natural products. That means I’ve found alternative, plant, mineral or fruit-derived, natural ingredients that deliver results.

Will the products break me out?
All ingredients are natural and safe to use on skin. I will always recommend a skin patch test on each product to see if you get an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients.
Is there an expiration date on the products?
I do not have an expiration date on my products but I do suggest that the products are used within 3 months.
What are your main ingredients?
Shea Butter, Aloe Vera, and Tea Tree Oil
Does any of the Sheer Coincidence products use fragrances?
Sheer Coincidence does not use any synthetic fragrances. The use of Essential Oils including Rose, Orange, Lavender and Lemon oil, is what gives the products it’s scent.
Will your products treat my skin issues?
Thank you for asking! First, I love my products and would recommend you to check out the review page full of positive results! But they are not a cure-all and I always advise to seek medical treatment from your medical professional with any concerns.
On Sheer Coincidence LLC is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that will cause a reaction. An allergy patch test is recommended if you have any concerns. Discontinue if a reaction occurs.
Refund Policy
Sheer Coincidence LLC does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received are broken or damaged. If you have received a broken or damaged product, please contact us at sheercoincidencellc@gmail.com with the details of the products and it’s damages within 14 days of receipt. I take customer service and satisfaction seriously, and only want our best for you.
